Brought reservations, guest profiles, housekeeping, inventory, and billing into one system, with property-specific rules kept in configuration so a new property can be set up without a code change.
The Outcome
Front desk staff work in one place. Booking conflicts are visible on the room plan before they happen, and charges sit with the reservation that produced them.
