Problem
Hotels running reservations, housekeeping, and billing on separate systems end up with double-bookings, delayed service, and billing errors, and no single place to check what is true.
Approach
Brought reservations, guest profiles, housekeeping, inventory, and billing into one system, with property-specific rules kept in configuration so a new property can be set up without a code change.
Outcome
Front desk staff work in one place. Booking conflicts are visible on the room plan before they happen, and charges sit with the reservation that produced them.
