The Problem

The university needed to gather, analyze, and report service feedback across every office to meet Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) compliance — paper surveys were slow and low-response.

The Approach

Built a responsive feedback platform with kiosk and mobile entry, a PHP backend for processing and storage, role-based access, and an admin dashboard with real-time analytics and automated reporting.

The Outcome

Significantly higher response rates and automated ARTA-compliant reporting, with color-coded visualizations that surface where service can improve.
